i was born and raised on the west bank in Louisiana, just outside new Orleans. in 2005 a move was made to the great city of Houston as a result of hurricane Katrina. at the time i was working for best buy as a home theater sales expert in the magnolia department. soon after moving to Texas I made one more switch to the geek squad home theater installation team. as years went by many changes were made in the systems and processes that seemed to take the focus away from the customer and land it back on the bottom line for the company. Coming from a family full of business owners, this was not the way i wanted to work. i believe that the products and service you offer should be focused on the customers individual needs, not a bottom line. digitally defined was born out of the necessity to continue to deliver our best versions of ourselves to our customers. as a father and husband, i am proud of both the person i am today as well as the direction our company is going. this company is a direct representation of who i am and how i believe we should all treat one and other, especially in today’s time. i am extremely humbled and bless for the opportunity to work with our amazing customers. it is my hope that you will be our next one!
